Russia & Eastern Europe

I first started studying Russian at university in 2004 and quickly fell in love with the country. After several trips to St. Petersburg and Moscow, I spent eight months of my year abroad living and working in Krasnodar in southern Russia. Since leaving university I’ve written about Russia-related issues for a number of publications and use any chance I can to keep up my Russian. In 2012 I represented The Lawyer at the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum.
